How can exercise keep me fit?
Exercise can keep you fit by maintaining your weight, by improving your muscle mass, toning muscles and shaping your body the way you want it to be. Exercise can improve your circulation, aid your digestion and keep your colon working properly. Exercise is for individuals of all ages who want to be fit. There are mild exercises, moderate ones and exercises of high intensity. Individuals can pick the type of exercise that fits their lifestyle and health needs.
To be fit we all need to eat proper foods, get plenty of water, plenty of rest and to make sure that we all exercise on a daily basis. Your doctor can help you to incorporate exercising into your treatment plan if you have health issues. Women who are pregnant should also exercise daily but in a way that is not harmful to the mom-to-be or to her unborn baby. There are exercises designed for every age group: the babies and toddlers, school-aged kids, teens, young adults, older adults and the elderly .
Exercising can be fun and there is so many types of exercises to choose from such as walking, jogging, using exercise equipment, swimming, playing sports games, dancing, skating, judo and yoga, even joining a exercise club or program such as jazzercise or an aerobics class.
